Maximize the holiday season to create a momentum that will build the foundation for a prosperous year ahead.

As we head into the holidays, many agents are gearing up to take weeks off. While it’s important to spend time with family, it doesn’t have to come at the expense of your business. Why start the new year with no momentum or pipeline when you can use this time to set yourself up for success, right?

Stay active during the holidays. Starting the year with no momentum means we’re already behind. Instead, keep engagements active during the holidays to help you get ahead and hit the ground running as soon as the new year starts.

Time management, consistency, and power. Success comes down to time management, consistency, and staying intentional. While most agents are taking time off, those who remain active, making calls, following up, and nurturing leads can greatly help you start the year strong. Remember, every day we wake up, we’re essentially unemployed. It’s up to us to create the next opportunity.

Stay driven and intentional. Staying sharp through the holidays keeps you prepared for whatever 2026 brings. You don’t need to work nonstop, but a little effort each day can create the momentum you need to succeed. Set aside time to follow up with clients, check in with leads, and plan for the first two weeks of the year. Doing so helps ensure your business keeps moving forward while others rest.

Now isn’t the time to fall behind. Use the holiday quiet time to your advantage and stay on track for a successful 2026. When January comes, you’ll be ready to make the most of new opportunities and hit the ground running.
