What do you do for your sellers who want to prep their homes for the winter-spring market? A lot of agents have come up to me recently with this question. If your clients are doing that, my advice is to schedule taking green photos.

If you don’t know what it is, here’s how it works: You schedule a time with your photographer to take pictures of the exterior of the home while it’s still beautiful and summery outside.

The goal is to showcase your client’s landscaping, garden, and their great outdoor spaces. We all know that snow is coming, so it definitely does not market the best during the winter. So take green photos and leverage those, because that’s what buyers really want to see. Your client’s home should look nice and beautiful for your marketing!
