Today we want to highlight one of our agents, Kaleb Burke, and share a little bit about him, how he got into real estate, and his experience with our team.
Kaleb has been in the real estate industry since he was 16. He started out doing miscellaneous tasks and cold calls. He got licensed at 18 and has now been actively selling for four years.
When Kaleb started out, he was a solo agent. He thought going solo would give him more freedom, but he ended up spending all his time on menial tasks that didn’t improve his business. After joining a team, he had much more time to focus on money-making activities. During his first year with us, he closed almost 50 transactions, totaling over $9 million.
Jeff handles a lot of the day-to-day things with the help of our transaction coordinator, so agents like Kaleb can be more active with the fun aspects of the job like going on appointments, showing homes, and writing offers. Jeff also helps out with personal things outside of real estate with every person on the team. The close company culture and work flexibility was a major draw for Kaleb.
